Attempting my first liver cleanse, have some questions

I am interested in doing my first liver cleanse but I have some questions, I'm scared it might not work or I will do it wrong and my symptoms (skin and hormone problems) will get worst.

1. Olive oil is too much for me, whenever I eat it raw it burns my throat, any suggestions.

2. What is the correct order of all the cleanses (liver, colon, parasite, etc) to ensure very beneficial results? (Dr. Clark's order is different than the order on Curezone website)

3. I've read someone's post that said Epsom Salt is not good for your body, is this true? any alternatives?
