2nd liver flush... thought i was gonna die

I did my second Liver Flush starting yesterday and finishing today. After my first flush (2 1/2 weeks ago) i started experiencing allergies which I've never had so it was recommended i do another flush asap.

So I started my flush yesterday. I was fine last night and this morning until about one hour after my first morning dose of Epsom Salts . My stomach was in more pain than anything I've ever experienced in my life. I was white as a ghost, a little green and sweating profusely. This lasted about 15 minutes. The longest 15 minutes of my life. I've had a few bm's since then and my stomach is still hurting but it is bearable now.

I don't know what was making it hurt so bad but I know that I felt like I was starving all night so maybe that was it.

I doubt I will ever try this again, that was rough. Tweet
