Re: HELP I did first flush, now I have allergies...
I have done flushes without break ... day after day.
Many people have done flushes day after day ... when they experience some acute problems, like liver pain, allergies ...
I did not have any acure problem, but I just wanted to feel how it is when you repeat the flush the very next day. As I am healthy, young and strong ... I din't have any problem.
If you read archives and FAQ ... you will find stories from people who have been flushing 2 or 3 times a week.
It is not advisabe for everyone, because it is a heavy burden for intestines and for kidneys ... and you should have a good reason to do it ... good reason can be an acute problem.
When you are doing flush the next day ... you take only 1/2 or 1/4 of the total amount of epsom salt, with the same amount of water. (One or two tbsp of
Epsom Salt with 3 or 4 cups of water). You can use enema in the morning ... to make sure stones are flushed out from intestines.
This procedure is only for storong people ... or for people who experince some acute problem. You should avoid doing more then 3 flushes per week. as that can be too much.
Given rule - "flush every 14 day" is a "safe margin rule", good enough for 99% of sick people ... and good enough to be recommended in a book or on the web site.
But, as we people tend to be different ... some people, sometimes ... may experience situation where breaking that rule ("every 14 day") is of more benefit then following it!
In any case ... be careful with
Epsom Salt ... if you are doing flush day after day. You most likely don't need more then 1 tbsp for the whole flush (dissolved in 3 cups of water).
Also, doing enema is highly recommended, to flush toxins out.
