Ball of "fat" in ear lobe

Phooh! I just finished browsing through ALL those 220 pages of mixed info on bowel cleansing, master cleansing, and this and that, all in a big messy jumble, several similar questions all separate, not in the same thread...

Now that I got that off my chest :) , I didn't find any mention of this one curious problem I've got.

I've been on the P&B shakes for about a week, up to 2x shakes two times a day already. Now, the other day I noticed this really painful ball of "fat" or something just above my earlobe, and this isn't a very small ball either (the size of the tip of my little finger I guess, though I've got small fingers). First I thought it might've been a pimple, but after some investigation I don't think it is... It's not the first time I've had such a "ball" above or in my earlobe, or behind it.

Now, could this be some sort of a sign of detoxing, do you think?
