Re: extreme diarrhoea with 1st flush - are epsom salts really necessary?
Every few days we get a report on this forum from someone who got extreme diarrhoea.
The answer is always the same ... the amount of magnesium sulfate that you have taken was too much for you.
Next time you do the cleanse, take only 1/2 of what you have taken this time, but use the same amount of water or grapefruit juice. Yes, you can dissolve
Epsom Salt in grapefruit juice .... it tastes better.
It is possible to skip epsom salt, but in that case you should do
water enema in the evening and in the morning ... making sure you wash all the stones out.
> Also I was wondering if the cleanse where you take the oil mixture every 15 minutes is just as effective as it does not include the use of
Epsom Salts or any other kind of laxative?
yes, that cleanse is effective, but the amount of oil that is suppose to be taken is huge ... and most people feel bad with that cleanse. Throwing-up oil is very common problem.
Just decrease the amount of magnesium (epsom salt), and you will feel OK.
