We do as much as we can to eat according to the WAPF guidelines (with some notable failures or broaches, of course) and where it was really helpful was in feeding our girls. I have always felt that there was something wrong with feeding kids those grain cereals, for instance! And we are fortunate to have access to raw milk.
But I just don't have time to read the books right now, so it's nice to have that whole body of information and resources iooks in one place -- particularly as it would have taken me forever to read the WAP books to a point where I was comfortable discussing the ideas with anyone. (The WAPF has really great articles on many topics including pregnancy and baby/toddler nutrition, etc.) So I'll be able to share that with friends, too!
