Re: good LF recommendations?

i live in turkey.
some of the materials are nearly impossible to find here. i could not find bentonite, Black-Walnut etc too. some of thm are too expensive i found maple syrup but it was too expensive 1 pound costing 20 dollars.
i used organic molasses instead of maple syrup.
buying such things online is not solution because in order to get them into the country you need permissions from ministry of health and agriculture. same procedure as importing drugs.
