This is the annoying article that will not go away and has been discussed a gallion times on this forum. This is ONE PERSON named Espen and their account of some bastardization that they came up with and not in any way shape or form related to the Master Cleanse or how ANY form of fasting or mono diet works.
If you really want to find out what this is about either buy the book or Google "master cleanse PDF" .
