I never took Paragone, but I have had sleeplessness associated with detoxing. I find that Epsom Salt baths before bed help me get to sleep in that situation. I put 2 pounds of Epsom Salts in the tub with hot water and soak for 20 minutes. Follow with a cold shower and then a hot shower at the end. I've heard magnesium can also help with sleeplessness, but the Epsom Salt baths are the more immediate solution.
