I wouldnt really say that I get the normal detox symptoms when trying to correct my diet. My diet is not really that bad enough to be corrected anyways. The only thing that hurts me when I take it away is meat. I can eat raw veggies and fruits and nuts and whole grains and a little meat a day and be completely fine.
The detox symptoms that I get are when I try to fast. I dont get the typical headache or achy muscles or irritability or anything other than my lungs becoming extremely congested.
