Re: Slightly O/T but desprately need help!
This is just a thought...
One thing I do throughout the winter is use
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) drops in my ears. This won't fix your asthma, but it may clue you in to an infection that may be lingering within your sinuses, and contributing to your symptoms. You may be having more problems in the AM because of the stagnation of the fluids and congestion that builds up at night from an untreated infection. The
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) is generally harmless to you, but will help to wipe out any germs and force them back in to the throat and sinus cavity where your treatments may help to eliminate them. This technique has kept me from catching everyone's germs, and has helped me help others get over colds in less than a week.
Basically, I use a dropper and put 5-10 drops in each ear, one at a time. I let it sit for 10 minutes. If you feel bubbling, there is an infection in there. Sometimes, one ear will bubble and the other will not. One person had such a bad infection that she felt bubbling from her ear to her throat. When all is well(in the ear canal), there won't be any bubbling in either ear. After 10 minutes/bubbling stops whichever you prefer, drain the ear and fill the other ear. If you have bubbling, I would suggest doing the treatment a few times a day until the bubbling is gone.
