This morning I made a batch of ginger tea. I buy the organic ginger grown in Hawaii. At this time of year it is just gorgeous and delicious. I chop and slow cook the root. Since I make it very strong I will dilute it with water and add a little maple syrup. When there is extra I store it in the form of ice cubes. This way I can have it whenever I feel the need. I put a few cubes in water and add a dash of maple syrup and voila! a truly refreshing and quick summer drink.
The benefits of this drink (for me) are increased vitality and mental alertness. It also clears up sore muscles nicely.
RG-I was wondering how the ginger affects parasites since it on the list for daily usage?
