I smoked off and on for 20 years. I have been smoke free for about 3 years now - THANK GOD. It's unbelievable what we will voluntarily do to ourselves. So grateful that I woke up.

And I loved the video. Couldn't stop laughing. On my recent trip to the US I just couldn't get over all the pharm. advertisements. Every second ad was for some other drug and the side effects were hilarious. You might be able to get an erection, but who the hell would want to go near you :) We don't have that kind of advertising Down Under - again THANK GOD.
