Thank you for your kind words...

I do get out and enjoy myself but I also work
where I live and so have the luxury of sitting
at my desk in my jammies if I want and doing a
little homeschooling for myself in alternative
health care/body maintenance, as well, help here
in the Master-Cleanse forum since it is one of my favorites.

It is also a group effort here and so those of us
who can find the time to come back and be supportive
of others looking for info do and I would like to
think that this forum is one of the more productive
and supportive.

Hopefully, you too will come back and share with
others since you have certainly walked the walk
with a 40 day cleanse under your belt so-to-speak~!
