Re: tonsil stones
Oh yeah, you will find some interesting reading
here at Curezone then, since there is some good
info on tonsil stones. I had never heard of them
either but not having tonsils I did not delves deep~~

Your tongue is said to be a mirror to your organs
and so you can kind of gauge it. It is all self
healing and good. Your body, like it knows how to
keep you breathing, even if you hold your breathe,
will keep you detoxing and healing until you will
feel the feeling of wellness.
This happens because you are allowing the body to
clean you up. It is over when your body says so.
Some people quit on a low and live to regret it.
It is recommended always to quit on a high even if
it means going an extra day or so.
When I had my healing crisis, my naturopath had
explained it would take years to heal. At first that
sounded devastating but like the journey of a thousand
steps begins with the first step, I began my healing
journey. One day, I woke up and I was standing and
looking at my face in the bathroom mirror. I just
"knew" I had arrived at wellness.
My challenge now is to build on that and maintain
my wellness. It has been and still is, a journey.
It has been worth every success, every bump,
every bruise, bramble or mud hole I encountered.
Wellness and a healthy immune system is your best
insurance for quality of life.
I wish you success on your journey~~
