I didn't realize you experienced so much herx. I think I must have been/must be so sick that I rarely to never think of anything as die-off from the iodine. It feels more like a "tightener/refiner" sometimes to an extreme but an enabler toward all else I do which creates die off. As a whole I am more amazed by the unmistakable improvements and even simple developments which have occured over the course of io-dining. I am convinced it is expediting my recovery. Convinced.

When something is crystal clear, intuitively right - it can be grounding. I enjoy my faith in iodone. I am one million times wiser since day one of checking out the whole halogen/flouride/bromide debacle and pursuing a better understanding of the role our common denominator (io) plays into the overall scheme of things. I was conscious of Iodine and my need to increase it (yes, I love seaweed and amped up as much as I could over a year ago for the Iodine content.) But Lugols does it for me. The more, the merrier I am.

(Now I sure hope that doesn't automatically make me a Troll/Conspirator/Crossdresser. Okay, okay - yes I am a cat in women's clothing but I don't consider it Cxdressing. I'm a female cat. ; )

Reason I mentioned what I did 'bout Webmaster was because once I posted video as a URL because I couldn't figure it out either - and I later in time opened the post and it was as if someone came in and popped the mock screen up. I sure didn't do it.
