perms

Does anyone know how to use fruit juices to make a home perm? I know they do it over in France but I don't know how it's done. I like curly hair but I am allergic to hair dye and can only use henna. I have a problem because I don't like gray hair, but if I use henna I can't get a perm. The fruit juice perms are considered cold acid perms and can be used with henna. My henna dye also says you can use an alkaline perm but I can't find one. I would like to do my own hair. Any suggestions on how to solve my problem? Not suggestions to leave it straight or gray!! I don't want either of those if I can find a way around this.
