Cod liver oil from a health food store. You can put it in the bottle. It smells, but if you start it early and use it about once a week, it can really help with and problems. Vitamin c will be good too, but not too much. Hylands make a childrens vitamin c that dissolves in the baby's mouth. I used it on my 6 week old and have used all hylands products ever since. Tweet
