Re: Ok these purplie lines in my veins are getting worse

Could they be varicose vein? Any supplements to strengthen blood vessels and decrease blood pressure (if it’s high) would probably help.

Zinc deficiency comes to mind, but only because I myself supplement with zinc and know a lot about it. Zinc plays a vital role in the structure of cell walls, collagen production (connective tissue), and over 100 enzymes in the human body depend on zinc to perform their functions. It is possible to take too much zinc and it can interfere with copper and iron levels in the body. Vegetarians often lack zinc in their diet. Some easy to spot signs of possible zinc deficiency are: impaired sense of taste, hair loss (common to many deficiencies), and excessive stretch marks.

I am sure there are other supplements that would helpful in treating varicose veins.- Take care-
