My husband has been making the sourdough. He hasn't used the NT recipes at all, and given all his sourdough bread-making thus far, I don't see how it could produce a loaf to our liking. He ordered a dried San Francisco culture, which came with a bread-making booklet, and also ordered a book specifically on sourdough bread recipes. Tweet
