The XO computer is being made for the poor children of other countries who are starving (not because this is a humanitarian thing to do) and will have wireless capability that will not interfere with guided missles (but unfortunately the XO will not be able to deflect bombs either).  The XO will also be distributed to the impoverished children of Maine and Mass.
