So then could Lugol's also be made with Elemental Iodine Crystals and Potassium Iodide, instead of USP Grade Iodine and Potassium Iodide?

The reason why I'm asking is because I have the 99.8% too, but I was wondering if the Elemental kind would work for Lugol's, or is it not as good of quality?

Did I confuse you enough yet because I'm confused!
