Parasite cleansing after mebendazole treatment

Hello- thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this. I have just finished a treatment of mebendazole (2 pills daily for 5 days). I suspected that I have long been infected with parasites (I had very symptomatic parasitic infections when I was younger) and passed two long segments of what I strongly suspected was tapeworm or ascariasis. I have sent just these "worms" to a large hospital laboratory and they came back NO PARASITES SEEN (I could not believe this! It is so frustrating because I am SURE these were worms and really wanted to know what kind they were). I have also felt rectal itching and when I wipe after the itching, there is a sticky, mucous like substance on the toilet paper. Hence, I suspect I was/am infected with more than one type of worm. Now, I am worried that mebendazole did not kill all of them- I still saw a few thin thread-like white worm-like bodies in my stool a few days after I finished the medicine and I would like to do a parasite cleanse to build on any possible progress from taking it. Are there any problems with doing an herbal parasite cleanse after a 5 day mebendazole treatment? Will it help or would it be better to wait before starting an herbal parasite cleanse? Any insight on this would be appreciated.
