What is the 'gentle flush'?

Dr. Dennis or anyone who knows... :-)
I was just skimming for information...trying to solve my enlarged liver problem...
and read where plzchuckle had posted that Dr. Dennis has a 'gentle flush'. I just
can't take epsom salts internally...so I'd like to know what the gentle flush is.

My liver problem just has to be due to 2 meds that I have taken for decades...plus
I had been on Crestor...which I stopped immediately upon finding out I had an
enlarged liver.

So any info on a 'gentle flush' without epsom salts would be greatly appreciated.
I have done tsetsi's easy flush...with lime juice, organic egg yolk and olive oil...
and that was actually very tasty. Is this 'gentle flush' the same thing?

I'm also taking Primal Defense...and Complete Liver Cleanse by Enzymatic Therapy.
