Mustards....

Hope this isn't a ridiculous question, but are there any mustards out there that are raw?

Also, could anybody recommend some easy raw salad dressing recipes?

I generally eat healthy but am going raw for a couple of weeks to see how it works for me. Three days so far and suddenly I am craving mustard. Hmmm.
