Sometimes, but only because the toxins normally handled by the liver (plugged) are being pushed to the kidneys which are not equipped to handle them.

So by doing coffee therapy you can clear your liver allowing it to once again handle these toxins.

But if this is the case then you need to keep an eye on things and wonder why this happened in the first place...
