Update from the DEA today May 3 2007

My DEA contact called me this morning advising that the new regulations

are going to be published within the next few days_not weeks_and 30 days after that the law will be in effect. 1 oz sales of the 5% formulation will be allowed
as single transaction/sales only (i.e. you can buy one 1 oz bottle at a time). The 2% formulation will be unregulated.
For those of you concerned buy the larger qunatity while you can or simply purchase 1 oz at a time in the future or multiples of the 2% formula (which we will offer in
1 oz and 16 oz sizes)
