Wow I had some doubt trying this..day 1 was a breeze now I'm on day 2 and I'm feeling really good and refreshed and lost 3 pounds prob all water but still. A little scared to see what tomorrow will bring since I notice most struggle on 3 time will tell..Happy cleansing
