Are there ups and downs with coffee enemas too? Like the flushes?

Liver flushers go through ups and downs sometime with their health and I wonder if the same is true for those using coffee enemas to cleanse the liver? For instance do the coffee enemas clear stones and then other stones move forward? etc etc.
