Homemade Earthboxes!! Self-watering, self-weeding if you cover or mulch...Low-maintenance container gardening! :-)

Hi GardenFolk :-),

I am great at working with raised beds or the actual ground, but have never had success growing plants in containers- They inevitably dry out and die sooner or later if I leave town for a few days, etc. Looking around for how to solve this same problem for an apartment-dwelling friend, I discovered the self-watering Earthbox. I think it will solve the drying-out problem for me as well..

Searching for info on Earthboxes, I found this..How to build your own. This is tremendously useful information!
