as long as you have even one filling, you are bailing a sinking boat, as MH says.

ihave composite put in mine. not ideal, but the choice over pulling and leaving them in. i have never regretted it. composites do suck, however. my teeth are more sensitive and i have to clean them more. better than the stupor i was in before.
