While it is a trajedy and a farce, it is simply par for the course (which must be stayed...of course of course...).

Our so called system of law is a complete farce that people are taught to believe from a young age.

Even in a civilian government court, he would not get justice as justice is nowhere to be found in our so called courts.

Consider:

What crime, specifically, has he committed?
Before answering, be sure to look into what specifically a crime is. By definition well established long ago, a crime has two parts: a corpus delecti (the body of the crime or the provable harm caused) and intent (the crime be done intentionally).

As near as I can tell, he has committed no crime at all. Indeed, those who have jailed him are the only ones that have committed crimes in this matter as they did cause him harm ( deprivation of liberty at absolute minimum ) and did so intentionally.

Who is accusing him of the specific crime committed?
Also well established is that a man tried for a crime has a right to face his accuser in an open court. Neither "the US Government" nor any "US Agency" can be faced in open court as both are legal fictions and not people. Without anyone willing to bring suit against him, he could not be tried in a real court even if he had committed a real crime.

Who would be paying his lawyer/liar?
Either the so called government via its taxpayers or the one accused. So without either a real crime specified or a real man accusing him, he would have to defend himself, pay to defend himself at great expense, or have someone represent him who is being paid for by his purported accusor.

Who would be paying the purported accusers lawyers/liars?
Certainly his accuser would be doing so.

Who would be paying the lawyer/liar/judge presiding over the civilian court?
His accuser would be paying the so called judge as well.

Who would the jury consist of?
Likely people in the United States, rather than those who are his peers.

If his representation and the judge are both paid by his accuser, how exactly would he get a fair trial?

His plight is no more pressing than that of the millions of people in our own country that have been shut in cages for crimes that are not even crimes without any semblance of a fair trial. While it does help accentuate the mockery that is our "Just Us" system, it is business as usual for those who call themselves government.

Asking to have him tried in a civilian kangaroo court instead of a military kangaroo court is simply not going to help him. I would not doubt that such an issue is being made out of it soley to limit the scope of peoples thought and to keep them believing that government run civilian courts give justice when little could be further from the truth.

Real justice entails making whole those who are harmed. It does not entail forcing victims to work extra hours in order to pay to keep those harming them in cells for a specified period of time.
