tinea versicolor; skin fungus

I have diagnosed myself with this.

From what I understand it's normally on everyone's skin, can kind of take over, and causes light splotches where you would otherwise tan. Also can cause hyperpigmentation. Most people have it to some degree, I guess; some call it being "allergic to the sun".

It seems to have taken over my arms and I noticed recently because of the nice weather. How can I kill it and get my beautiful golden summer skin back? It's so ugly! I was recently on Antibiotics and I fear this caused the takeover...?

Maybe I'm being a little dramatic about a cosmetic problem, but my skin was always my best feature!

If anyone has some tips, I'd be so grateful!
