Re: what did i do wrong?
Vomiting usually indicates an acidic
condition in the diet prior to cleansing.
The body will rid toxins in the most
efficient way possible and vomiting is
not uncommon in the first 3-5 days while
the body is shutting down its digestive
processes.
Besides trying to eat an alkalizing diet
prior to cleansing as Somer often suggests,
one can also work at keeping well hydrated.
Using a spoon of blackstrap molasses, the
unsulphured kind, by mouth, or in hot water
like a tea, is also beneficial.
This too would have passed and indicates a
body ready to take the cleanse and run
with it.
I personally recommend someone begin a cleanse
when they will be able to stay home for a few
days, like a weekend, in the very beginning
of the cleanse when these reactions can be
expected.
Best wishes on your healing path~~
be happy, be well,
