Any ideas on this one?

I know this is off topic but I find the most knowledgable and helpful people in the OP forum so I thought I would ask ... I have HEEL PAIN when I sleep. It is not plantars faschitis or whatever, I have had that, it's not heel spurs. Feel fine when I walk. Only when I sleep or lay down, if I do not elevate my ankles so my heels don't press on anything - it actually wakes me up. Even on pillows, my heels start to ache. I do not understand this ... has anyone ever heard of this? It is just a recent condition. Thanks
