Re: flush #13...short story

Hi Judy !!!

Of course it is named LIVEer as it is Essential to life...And a good and healthy liver is essential to the functioning of other systems of the body. It is my opinion that one daily dosage of Mahasudarashan to your diet will improve the functioning of the liver...And remarkably quickly...If the liver is overworked two doses and even three each with meals works Wonders...

I feel this is SO necessary both before and especially after a liver cleanse and liver flush...to promote and maintain a healthy liver...to continue in dosages of the Mahasudarshan.

I just wanted to share an Ayurvedic Liver De-Tox remedy...Mahasudarshan is the many- herb formula renowned for Liver detoxification, decongestion of the lymphatic system, and strengthens overall Immunity through detoxification...

I find this to be an Elixir of Life !!! Personally I buy this herbal formula in bulk herb powder form as it is by far cheaper than the tablets, and one can always make capsules to take with each meal. I prefer at least once a day to do 1/2 teaspoon of the herb with warm to hot water and drink with a Straw cause the taste is wretched bitter !!! Not quite so bad as epsom salts mind you !!!

I have indicated a link below at Banyan Botanicals who give an Excellent description of the Mahasudarshan. This link goes to the product as tablet but they also sell it as a bulk herb powder...

Also, I do recommend an Ayuvedic book--in fact Banyan Botanicals sells this book it is called

Ayurveda: The Science of Self-Healing
by Dr. Vasant Lad
It is less than 175 pages paperback and very easy for beginners to understand

http://www.banyan-botanicals.com/products.asp?dept=1007

also here is the Banyan Botanicals on the Mahasudarshan <tablets> information

http://www.banyan-botanicals.com/prodinfo.asp?number=2091&variation=&aitem=4&mitem=9

also here is the bulk herb and spice section--Mahasudarshan is under the Ayurvedic Traditional Herbal Formulas

Also Bazaar of India has Ayurvedic Herbs and Products and they are at:

   www.bazaarofindia.com   and also www.vadikherbs.com

Let me know if you have any other questions !!!
