I am so sorry if what I said offended you.  I hope you will consider that I was actually tryng to just share my own personal experience.  What you had been writing kind of struck a familiar note with me and I thought that I kind of understood where you might be coming from. 

It seems that instead, somehow... without even the slightest inclination that I might be even getting near it - I seem to have at least grazed a nerve. 

You seemed to be looking for support and I tried to give it.  Sorry... I will reread what I wrote and attempt to figure out what it was that I said that put you in defense mode.  Maybe you'll be kind enough to re-read it and let me know what it was that I said that wasn't supportive or that might have even been any kind of attack or incorrect assumption on my part.

I asked questions.  I did not make statements.  The interest that I showed was an effort to understand you so that you might be able to get a little more support.  It is your choice to keep your secrets about what yo would hope to accomplish through the Master Cleanse.  .....................but if you were to actually share this information, you would surely receive a different and more pleasant response from Pepe and everyone else here regarding your unusual testing procedures.

You see - we (or at least I) have nothing against your tests and you sharing your experiences.  We might be interesting in doing a little testing also, if we had some kind of inclination as to why we would be participating in such test taking and record keeping.  It might even be something interesting to us all if you shared your secrets about the purpose of all of this extra hard work. 

I'm used to receiving some kind of promotional gift when I participate in research... a check or something.  When I fill in a survey, at least they let me see the results of it when it's all over!  At least the let me know what they are actually doing this for...

By the way I never said that YOU had to do ten days.  I just said it's only ten days.  That's how I looked at it.  Out of all of the unhealthy things I've done in my life that lasted a lot longer than ten days - I figured I could do the MC for ten.  I comnpared it to going on a ten day drunk.  I didn't say this before - but I've tried to do a ten day drunk.  I wasn't able to make it the full ten days.  I did do a few 3 and 4 dayers.  I have even done a 7 dayer... but I never was able to do a full ten days.  Once for 30 days I went on the beer diet - I made it that die up.  It's like Slimfast.  I ate one small meal each day and substituted beer for the rest of my meals and snacks.  I lost 40 pounds in 30 days!  After that, I quit drinking and still kept the weight off for three years.

How's that for a healthy diet???
