Train, this may sound silly, and it's just a guess...
...Could you kind of start over?
Do, think, and feel as though you are well. Pretend.
Take care of yourself as though you had sparkling good health and just want to maintain it.
Eat only the best, simply, as home-grown as possible. Home-sprouted mung beans are good. Whiz in the blender with a little clean water, and anything else you like, if chewing is difficult.
Munch a bit of dried kelp every day. (Great things are happening in the
Iodine support forum.)
Bless and thank and smile at everything. Laugh, even if there is nothing funny going on.
Move rhythmically...on impulse...gently, when you feel like it. Dance. Dream about dancing.
Get a few moments of sunshine every day. Open windows sometimes provide for a little indoor sun. Only a minute or two. Go outside in the garden, for a short time. Under trees, if possible. Breathe deeply and gently. Exhale on any effort. Relax on the inhale.
Forget mirrors, and 'examining'.
Read my post to Surley, in the Salt support forum, and file the suggestions for future reference.
Read
http://www.acupla.net/ (the part about clay) the same way. If you decide to try it, go very slowly, and remember to quite quickly rinse off any clay that you apply to skin, because it drys the skin powerfully. At least, read all you can in the Clay support forum. Someone there mentioned that beauticians leave it on for only a few minutes at a time.
Leave off TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, just for a while...see how you feel.
Read some fine, uplifting stories, and work on a hobby you love...minding any chemicals involved.
See a wholistic dentist, if you can. Otherwise, imagine all the fine cleaning he would do, using sparkling spring water and delicate flower petals. Imagination is powerful.
Maybe just imagine oil-pulling, or sweet water, with lovely gentle scents.
Spit all mucous that comes into your mouth. Sip warm water, as though it were tea.
Say nice words to and about yourself, even if you don't yet believe them. And plan all the good things you will do, soon.

We wear 'envelopes' of energy.
Enfold yourself...you are worth it.
