Some suggested essential oils for asthma are:
ranvansara, Roman chamomile, Eucalyptus polybractea, Eucalyptus radiata, balsam fir, spruce, pine, myrtle, peppermint, thyme, lemon, lavender, juniper, frankincense, marjoram, rose, mountain savory.
Essential oils should not be inhaled for asthma-related problems. The oils should be applied to the soles of the feet. They can be ingested if they are GRAS [generally regarded as safe} & of a pure therapeutic-grade approved for internal use.
