vitamin E oil liquid-is this "natural" vitamin E?

I purchased some "Derma E" vitamin E oil. The bottle says its Tocopheryl Acetate. I would like to know if this is a natural oil or synthetic. The oil is totally clear which makes me suspect that it is synthetic.

I would like to use a natural vitamin E oil topically, but cant use the oil they put in the capsules because they add glycerine to the oil and Im allergic to glycerine.

Anyone know of a natural vitamin E oil?
