How to Take Iodine and Colloidal Silver Concurrently?

Hi,

I've seen a few mentions of colloidal silver and iodine and I was just wondering what might be a good protocol for taking them together?

I am taking the silver for Lyme disease and it's really helping.  I have to go slow with it because otherwise the herxing is too intense, as well as heavy metal release.  I need to keep taking it but I want to do iodine too.

I started taking iodine, 1 drop twice a day and then worked up to 2 drops, but the herx was really bad.  I'm not a baby or anything, believe me, but I am already in excruciating, never-ending pain from the Lyme, I've already herxed my brains out over the past year and a half, and even a small herx just sends me to the floor in a little ball of whimpering pain.

So...that said...lol...any ideas?  I am ok with pushing through with taking iodine, perhaps doing salt and C to help with the herxes?

Can anyone throw me out some helpful recommendations for a regimen of silver, iodine, and salt and/or C?  I would be so grateful.  I'm pretty new to this iodine thing so I feel like I'm flying a little blind here.

I totally value your opinions here on the forum, even if they differ.  It would be so great just to get a general idea.
