i remember you from the OP forum, which I used to read! I have been
OPing since mid-July, started in the middle of my month-long juice
fast, thanks to Trapper's rave reviews. Interesting you had the very
same things going on as I am! Did you have pain and swelling (like
fluid) on your knee, or only pain? I have both--the muscles on
the inside of my knee and inner thigh just above knee are very tender
and sore. The entire area is sore. It gets worse if I sit for any
length of time, or sleep and then get up--extremely painful, can't
even straighten out at first. I've been doing salt water and C every
day since March 19th, when I found out I should be doing it (I had not
done it till then as I wasn't reading the forum regularly till
a couple weeks before that time and then Uny gave me one of her
famous lectures on the subject, LOL!). (Hi Uny!) I have not been
OPing twice a day like I was, but most days manage to do it once
a day. This is because I simply do not have the time to take and
do all the things I need to in the a.m. before I leave for work:
salt water, then fresh water, herbs to prepare for my next liver
flush (the Julia Chang Chinese herb tinctures), my Ziquin Endobiotics
(for the endocrine system--they are Chinese herbs in tablet form),
then the iodine, all while making my 2 pint smoothie (in which I
put powdered Ester C, and other powders) and getting ready for
work. If I could get up an hour earlier, say at 5, I could possibly
do the OPing and a bit of yoga which I really need on a daily basis,
but with the fatigue back which goes hand in hand with the fibro,
it's all I can do to get out by 6:00 or 6:10 and I'm pretty slow
now cuz of the knee pain, at least at first. The Chinese herbs all
require an empty stomach and 1/2 hr. before you take anything else
at all. It makes a bit hard when you only have so much time before
it's time to jump in the car and drive off to work by 7:50 a.m.!
Once I'm at work, I have all my water on my desk or in my two
bags that I bring: the water I put salt in, and the water I've
mixed powdered C in, and then I take Julia's Gold Coin Grass
tincture around 11:00 and then it's time for more
Iodine (I split
it up into 3 servings). It's a wonder I get any work done! Yes, I
think your hit is correct about the return of my fibro symptoms
being toxic overload; it's too much of a coincidence to be anything
other. I'm not stressing over the return of the symptoms, but the
knee thing has got me really frustrated, as I cannot exercise as
I am used to, I have gaine 5-6
lbs. in no time at all (I worked
really hard to get to the point where I could exercise at all,
took me decades, literally). Odd that you got a carpal tunnel
thing going; I have had some painful twinges in my wrist that feel
like exactly that, numerous times in the past several weeks. I
knew right away that it had to be from toxic waste. Thank you
for your post! I hope you are feeling better by now.
