Thanks P. The Botanicals are not so much "the subject" in what I do. As you can see I don't make pictures of flowers.They are more like a vehicle that provide me with lines and rich colors that I use to create abstract images. The thought never cossed my mind in the creative process but someone the other day compared what I'm doing with photography and botanicals to what Georgia O'Keefe did with paintings.
The abstractions are further enhanced by camera technique and those in the know in photography will understand when I say shallow depth of field.
