29th flush

I have been flushing for over 3 years. My liver was very congested. I take my time with them. Once a month is good enough for me. Some months I don't flush at all. So, taking my time has seemed to work for me (and my liver). The first 19 or 20 flushes were full of other things than stones, I got very few stones out. Big brown sponge-ball looking things, black chunks of things, lots and lots of castings from my livers ducts, many many liver flukes, tons of sand and on and on (can't remember everything that came out)

For the past 8 or 9 flushes I have definately been getting stones out, grape sized stones and lots of green mucous. The same thing happened this morning. Lots of stones and the green mucous. During the night my body seemed to convuse or squeeze itself. Nothing hurt but it did wake me up. It felt like my liver was trying to squeeze itself. I feel fine today, the Epsom Salts doing it's job.

I do have a ravenous hunger. This is the first time after flushing that I felt so hungry.
