Re: piece of tooth fallen of :S :S

I think it 'is' plaque...the same thing has happened to me...
I've gotten 2 pretty good size chunks from the back side of my front tooth...
that the dentist had said was plaque and wanted to remove it...but I only go to
the dentist for emergencies (and was there for an emergency tooth extraction)
I let them do nothing else but what is absolutely necessary. The dentist
just scares me to death...and I'm 60 years old. :-)

ANYWAY...one of the big pieces of plaque came out about 2 weeks ago...and the
other piece came out just day before yesterday.....
"I" think it's from the oil pulling and just told someone else on here in the
last day....I use Sesame Oil....and it is whitening my teeth also...they're were
getting slightly yellow from age...I've never smoked or anything....

I've read on here somewhere that Castor oil is the best for whitening...not sure
about that...

But I'll bet you anything that you're getting pieces of plaque....
