I've never even heard of this before but it sounds great. eating next to nothing during the day and big "feasts" at night is definitely my natural tendency! Since hearing all these dietitians talk about how you shouldn't eat after 7 p.m. and you should eat your big meal in the morning and at lunch, I have been doing that and doing terribly and I just thought something was wrong with me. Has anyone had success losing weight on this diet? If so could you please share your experiences? I would love to learn more! Thanks so much. God bless!
