Fledging...I read your post and immediately started wondering if you're doing the
oil pulling. I've read that forum so many times...and know a lot of curezonians
do the oil pulling but couldn't remember if you do or not.

I've been doing the oil pulling just to add one more thing to this horrible detox
thing I've been going through....anything to hurry the process on...and to my
amazement..2 big pieces of plaque on the inside of my front tooth (on the tongue side) :-) just fell out...no warning...no loosening that I could tell...they
just fell out....and the 2 pieces fell out about 2 weeks apart.

I had to go have a couple of teeth pulled last summer and the dentist wanted to
get those pieces then...but I said "No way"...I'm here for one thing and one thing
is all you're doing." :-) And now they've just fell out...and they've been there
for decades. I had thought it was a deformed tooth until the dentist told me. :-)

I had already been wondering if the oil pulling had anything to do with my plaque
coming out....so now, I'm really swishing good around one in the back...that's
wanting to decay next to the gums. Good grief...I don't want false teeth, that's
for sure. :-)

Just wondered if that could be why you lost your filling (if it wasn't in that
good to start with) and if that's why you've had no problem. Who knows...but
congratulations anyway. kathryn
