needing prayer

I'm struggling right now. I have hypothyroidism and I've been really tired and exhausted and I have so much that I need to get done right now. I also recently had my heart broken. I just ask that if anyone has time that they would pray that my relationship with God is strengthened, that I would meet kind believers to befriend, that my heart would be mended and healed without bitterness, that I would get all I need to get done and that I would abound with love...
