Day 13 :)

hi all,

well it's day 13 for me and i'm feeling very focused, i occasionally feel hunger but am so darned determined to see this through to the end. i've got something on, on may 19th so may finish my fast on the 18th but i'm hoping to get down to around 155 by then....it's 21 days so i think if i step up my exercise i'll be able to make another 20lbs before then :)
i feel fairly energetic today so am gonna clean out some cupboards while the going is good. oh btw i had a bm last night, sorry to be so graphic but it was very dark and smelled quite bad.....so i guess that's good huh! better out than in lol :)
