Re: Sea Salt?

I ordered my Seasalt from Redmon's RealSalt:
http://www.realsalt.com

It is old-mine salt and perfectly fine for any use in protocols, cleansings, cooking, and so forth. Many folks purchase Himalayan Seasalt or Celtic Seasalt , but as long as they are OLD mine (ancient mines and unprocessed salt), it should be fine. I've used Hain's, as well, though I dont' believe that it's as high a quality as it could be if it weren't processed.

Best wishes.
